PVC waterproof coiled material has three execution methods as machine fixation, affix fixation, press and covering fixation
For example:machine fixation execution process:

£¨ 1 £© Laying non-woven fabrics.( it is adopted when there is specific requirements in engineering)

Firstly to begin basic treatment ,then to lay non-woven fabrics and adopts special-use spacer ,and fixed by spanker bolt

£¨ 2 £© Lay and fix waterproof coilded material
pop up standard line,and lay down waterproof coiled material according to path. Weld waterproof coiled material onto special gasket by welding gun.

£¨ 3 £© Welding waterproof coilded material

The coilded material could welded by heat air or . Temperature,moisture ,pressure of welding machine

should be adjusted according to ari temperature ,moisture,and coiled material surface moisture before welding . And there is necessary to weld test.
£¨ 4 £© check&measure welding line
Seals gas path of seam ends,and insert air pin into airway of double welding lines ,and pressurizes to certain one. The droped pressure in 15 minutes after stopping pressurization must be no more than 10% ,that is qualified.
